Dubai is holding its "National Month" programme from November 3 to December 2, 2026, bringing together government, semi-government and private-sector organisations to celebrate the UAE's national identity and achievements. Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Dubai Government Media Office, is coordinating the month-long schedule.

Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, officially launched the programme. Shaima Al Suwaidi, director of Brand Dubai, said the focus is on "delivering a diverse and co-ordinated programme of events and activities" that reflect the UAE's national occasions.

Highlights across the month include UAE Flag Day celebrations, Eid Al Etihad marking the 55th anniversary of the UAE's founding, the Flag Garden, the UAE Parade, and the "Stories of Our Determination" short film competition.

The month-long initiative is designed to celebrate the UAE's heritage, national identity and achievements while honouring the legacy of the Founding Fathers, giving residents and visitors across Dubai a chance to take part in the festivities.
